Grangemouth Lifesaving Club is a small active Lifesaving Club in Central Scotland. We are part of Scotland East Branch of the Royal Lifesaving Society.

We can provide something for everyone whether it be improving your swimming technique or a top Lifesaving award. If you want something in Lifesaving, Swimming or First Aid, if we cannot help you we know someone who can.

We are committed to moving Lifesaving and Lifeguarding forward as a Sport, a Profession and rewarding and challenging Leisure activity.

We have four trainers:

Jim Hay, Lifesaving Trainer Assessor, Pool Lifeguard Trainer Assessor, Lifesaving Advisor  and HSE First Aid at Work Trainer Assessor.

Lindsay Young, Lifesaving Trainer Assessor,  Beach  Lifeguard Trainer. National Rescue Test for Swimming Teachers and Coaches T/A. ASA Club Coach.

Gordon Archibald, Lifesaving Trainer

Leigh Young,  Lifesaving Trainer, National Rescue Test for Swimming Teachers and Coaches Trainer.

We also have a Child Protection Coordinator - Maureen Ramsay.

And of course everyone who comes along.....
